Pastor Joe has served in Next Gen ministry for over 10 years and loves to help young people realize their potential in Christ. Along with his wife Becca and their two girls, Kennedy & Madelyn, Pastor Joe moved to Fort Wayne in Oct. 2022 to serve at Life Bridge Church as the Next Gen Pastor and The Bridge College Director. Joe holds a BA in Ministry & Leadership from Ohio Christian University and a Masters in Strategic Leadership (MASL) from Life Pacific University.

Lover of God and of people, Sarah thrives in relational discipleship, living life alongside one another while pursuing Jesus together. She graduated in 2006 with a BA in Biblical Studies from Life Pacific University and has been a licensed Foursquare pastor for 17 years. Sarah has served in various leadership roles in both the marketplace and academia world, including LPU-VA Campus Ministries Coordinator, Walmart Academy Training Facilitator, and New Hope Church of the Nazarene Discipleship Pastor. In May 2023, Sarah returned “home” to serve with her Life Bridge family in Fort Wayne, IN.

Pastor Bill Campbell co-pastors Life Bridge Church with his wife Grace. The church was founded under Bill’s leadership in 2004. Prior to leading Life Bridge Church, Bill was the Senior Associate Pastor at First Assembly of God Church, Fort Myers, Florida. In addition to serving in pastoral ministry Bill has previously worked in the marketplace in sales and management. Bill also serves as the Regional Pastor for Indiana, Michigan, and Chicago in the Central District of Foursquare.
